Celebrate Sisters!

So, although this post may be a little late.. Sunday, August 3rd was National Sister Day.

I am known for procrastinating…so 48 hours late.. I am not sweating it.

In our family we have 4 sisters. Haley, Sierra, Savannah and Starr (in order of age; 24, 21, 17 and 14). We are all completely different in so many ways, but we are also very similar in some ways. We all have our quirks, likes, dislikes, things we are known for, special talents etc. But one thing that we share is that we have each other. Always. We are usually in different states, in different towns, at different places in our lives but we manage to stay in touch and in each others lives. We also have this special appreciation of each other. We know each others strengths and weaknesses and all the little details to always have each others backs and to have an understanding.

My mother grew up in a family of 8 children, and she always tells us that your sisters are your best friends for life. I couldn’t agree more. As sisters we argue all the time, annoy the 🙂 out of each other, laugh all the time, share everything, tell each other stuff, but in the end we are always sisters. I could never imagine being an only child, but for those of you who are I am sure that having siblings is a whole other way of life; especially sisters.

So…in honor of National Sister Day.. I am sharing some photos (in no particular order)..most of them from within the past three or four years, so here is a little picture-overload for everyone! Oh, and don’t forget if you have sisters to let them know how much you love and appreciate them! ❤
