20 Minute-200 Calorie Workout

Hey Everyone! Happy Wednesday; mid week!

We are heading to see the movie “The Fault In Our Stars” in about an hour, so I have to keep this short. Has anyone seen that movie yet? Savannah and I just finished our quick 200 calorie, 20 minute workout. We had to squeeze it in there (hence the inspiration for the 20 minute workout). I got off of work early and we are heading to our second job for a quick hour of work before the movies, so we had to get it done!

We put on our sneakers, workout gear and strapped on our polar watches (can you tell we are still in our honeymoon stage with them?)and ran outside to a cloudy day but still quite warm. When you live on the coast of Maine there is always a cool breeze coming off of the water which is refreshing while working out. photo-19

Anyways…here is our 20 minute workout with a 200 calorie burn (will vary depending on the person.)

  • 5 minutes of walking
  • 5 minutes of running
  • 1 minute sprinting
  • 5 minutes stair running
  • 1 minute jump roping
  • 2 minutes kickboxing
  • 1 minute of squatting

Just crank the tunes and it will be done before you know it!
