Yesterday Savannah and I made wraps for lunch using our favorite Joseph’s Flatbreads. These have 7g protein and 3g of fiber all for only 100 calories, plus they are huge!
Savannah made a breakfast burrito
I spread guacamole on mine, added in some baby tomatoes and pre-cooked turkey.
These wraps are so great because you can put any combination of just about anything in there. Jams, meats, cheese, hummus, vegetables, lunch meat, rice etc.
