It’s a Wrap Lunch

Good Morning Everyone!

Yesterday Savannah and I made wraps for lunch using our favorite Joseph’s Flatbreads. These have 7g protein and 3g of fiber all for only 100 calories, plus they are huge!

Savannah made a breakfast burrito

photo-11She added refried beans, guacamole (we made the night before), egg whites, salsa and purple cabbage. She heated it in the microwave for about 40 seconds and rolled it right up.

I spread guacamole on mine, added in some baby tomatoes and pre-cooked turkey.

photo-12Then cooked up some mushrooms and carrots. It was the perfect combination of crunch and I heated it in the microwave for about a minute.

These wraps are so great because you can put any combination of just about anything in there. Jams, meats, cheese, hummus, vegetables, lunch meat, rice etc.

Hope you try them out and let us know your favorite combination!
